2006-08-30 - 11:47 p.m. Cut up a variety of veggies of your choice into shreds or confetti-size pieces (most of the time I'm lazy and buy the pre-cut stuff in bags). Add in a few basil leaves and cilantro sprigs, and roll it all in a piece of lettuce, burrito-style. Serve with your preferred salad dressing or tahini sauce, either as a dip, or toss the veggies in it before you make the roll-up.
