This is so simple. Just cook a serving of quinoa and when it's done, mash 3/4 of a banana in a bowl with a fork and mix in the quinoa. You can add a dash of maple syrup and some berries or raisins too. I started making this because I figured out that protein works best for me in the morning, but I could never figure out how to make quinoa taste sweet and breakfasty, like the oatmeal I usually ate.
